This program is designed to support recovery from chronic subluxations of the left shoulder while improving overall shoulder stability and postural control. The focus is on strengthening the muscles that support the shoulder joint, particularly the rotator cuff, scapular stabilizers, and upper back, to help create a more stable and controlled shoulder position during daily activities.
Because hypermobility can contribute to joint instability and poor joint awareness, this program also emphasizes controlled movement, proprioception (joint position awareness), and postural strength. Exercises are designed to help improve the coordination of the shoulder blade and arm while reinforcing healthy alignment through the upper back and rib cage.
The goal of this program is to gradually build strength, stability, and control in the shoulder complex while reducing the risk of recurrent subluxations. Special attention is given to posture, scapular positioning, and controlled range of motion to ensure the shoulder remains supported throughout movement.
